It is a comparison between internet telephony through the web and the video-conferencing. Both have pro and cons. Though it is difficult to conclude which one is better still some tries to compare both these things.
Comparison in the terms of cost
The internet conferencing or the web conferencing definitely has advantage over he video- conferencing. It is much cheaper than the later one. In video-conferencing, a heavy amount is needed to incur as an equipment installation.
Logistic comparison:
For the video- conference a well quipped room is needed, but for internet conferencing there is no need of any specified room.
