Real-time conferencing mean reaching your message to the receiver in original form at same time to send it. Most of the conferring is real time other than the online conferencing. In online conferencing the messages are converted into packets and then transported to the receiver. At the receiver the packets get its original form. And receiver receives it. 'Router' is equipment that used for transporting the packets.
In the cases where there is lack of high bandwidth internet connection router cannot send the packets in time. In these cases the message conversation is not in- time. Picture reaches later than the sound or some time hazy. Some time the sound or the picture dose not reaches totally. All those happen due to the lack of broadband internet.
Though the internet conferring is not a real time conferencing still it gains popularity, Due to its cheap cost. But, this problem can be solved very soon with quality of equipment and broad width internet.
This type of problem does not happen in the other mode of conferencing.
