Tips to look for before selecting an insurance plan:
- Ask them if they have a Maternity coverage or not.
- Ideally, a good insurance plan should have Prescription coverage.
- You must know if it has a dependent coverage included with the package.
- Take care that you know if your current physician is included in the plan's provider network or not.
- Ask them what all hospitals and clinics near your home are covered in the network.
- Do they have a waiting period or not.
